This vertical form is Sean’s interpretation of the column archetype. Squared is a simple yet complex sculpture of two intersecting squared forms. The two volumes create a powerful organic tension when converging, suggesting ascending growth. The final pieces are cast in resin and then receive a metal leaf oxidized finish. Each table will be unique, slight variation is to be expected.
