Artifacts International has grown from humble beginnings into a world-class furniture manufacturer. Fueled then by a deep passion for truly beautiful furnishings and the desire to produce a collection, that above all, was described as simply exquisite. Much of the line has a Southern Californian "twist", with many pieces chunky and large-scaled. They work with an incredible array of materials: carved wood, forged iron, cast stone, marble and upholstery. Their craftsmen have painstakingly created an impressive selection of finishes, over 90 in all: Artfully distressed and hand-polished wood tone, rich gold and silver leafing, multi-layered gessos and crackles, and authentic stone patinas.
